1. Irano-Semitic Studies
Irano-Semitic studies is an interdisciplinary field concerned with historical, linguistic, religious, and cultural interactions between Iranian and Semitic civilizations from ancient, medieval, and later periods. This field employs textual analysis, archaeological data, and comparative methodologies to examine long-term cultural connections between these two civilizational spheres.
2. Irano-Talmudica Studies
Irano-Talmudica studies is an interdisciplinary research domain that examines the Babylonian Talmud within the cultural, historical, and linguistic context of Iran and the Sasanian world. Rather than treating the Talmud as an isolated text, this approach considers it as a cultural product embedded in interaction with Middle Persian (Pahlavi) literature, Iranian epic traditions, and the broader social environment of ancient Iran, aiming to clarify processes of transmission, transformation, and mutual influence between Jewish and Iranian intellectual traditions.

4. Translation of the Babylonian Talmud
The Persian translation of the Babylonian Talmud represents an important scholarly need in the field of classical text studies. Although this work has been translated into several world languages, a comprehensive academic translation into Persian has not yet been produced.
Due to the complexity and vast scale of the text, this project is envisioned as a long-term collaborative scholarly endeavor. The Amard Center for Irano-Semitic Studies aims to initiate this academic project in Iran.
